We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore if for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase, providing you return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days of the date of despatch, with a valid receipt, we will be happy to replace the item or refund the amount you paid for the item, whichever you prefer.
Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We will not accept any responsibility for loss of, or damage to, returned goods until they are received by us. It is your responsibility to obtain a receipt for shipping. Proof of shipping is not proof of delivery. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We will reimburse you for the amount you paid for the goods when we receive them at our warehouse.
